We offer limited product warranty to cover reasonable product defects. It means the manufacturer or distributors would repair or replace the product or its parts that prove defective under normal use and maintenance, at no charge on repairing or replacement, during the warranty period.


1)  Warranty Exclusions - We has no obligation under this limited warranty for product subjected to the following conditions (including but not limited to):

  • Malfunctions and Damages incurred during installation or removal or caused by errors during operation.

  • Inappropriate Environmental Exposure like humidity, water or extreme cold or heat.

  • Tampering, Altering, or Disassembly of product or damages caused by improper storage or maintenance.

  • Usage of product in applications which it was not intended for by manufacturer or its original design.

  • Lightening, Fire, Flood, or Acts of God or theft or loss of the physical goods.

  • Any product whose serial number has been altered, defaced, or removed.

2)  This is limited product warranty, It does not make warranty for the purchaser’s safety, success of equipment implementation, or compliance with local codes and regulations; It also does not cover any charges of shipping, handling, wrapping, or taxes. All charges needs to be prepaid by warranty claimers.

3)  The warranty must be registered by original purchaser within the first year of purchase to become valid.

4)  We strongly advise customers to seek the assistance of licensed, trained, and insured electrical professionals and fully read and follow this manual for the proper installation, operation, and repairing.

5)  Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number and original package are needed for warranty service.


As manufacturer, we accept orders of the Products Column in this website and deliver these products from China to all over the world by Full Container Load(FCL) , LCL(Less than Container Load) and Air Freight. 

As overseas product stocks builder,  we accept small amount orders from agents and distributors who are local or nearby and deliver these orders from overseas stock warehouse.


We also accept orders of wholesale and retail from direct customers and deliver these orders priorly from our  overseas stock warehouse and secondly from China.

Our logistic team is dedicated to providing the best customer support available. Anything about the logistic including freight solutions, shipping quotation and transit damage, we will respond quickly. With your clear and complete information of the order and delivery address, we will offer the most realistic quotation.

Free Shipping: We offer free FedEx Ground 3~10 days shipping on all orders in USA.  Once the order is picked up by forwarder, an email with tracking information will be sent to you.

About Goods Missing: We  highly recommend you choose a FedEx store near you, ship goods to your local FedEx store and pick up there after it arrives, this is the best way to aviod goods missing. ​Please make a call to the FedEx store first, NOT all FedEx store accept the lithium batteries.

In-Store Pickup: In-store Pickup(Mon~Fri. 10am-5pm. PST) is availablefor all Purchase. Please contact us before your pickup. 


NOTE: We work with different logistic partners so it is normal that the third-party suppliers are  responsible for our inventory management and  order shipping.

About the order delay: If delivery delay happens for any reason, we will let you know asap and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Shipment to Hawaii/Alaska/Canada: for shipping to Hawaii/Alaska/Canada, you must setup your own freight forwarder; we can ship to their warehouse but you must setup and cover all costs associated with freight forwarding.
